As the Lead QA Engineer, Automation at Glofox, you will be the driving force behind our test automation strategy. You will design, implement, and maintain scalable automation frameworks that ensure the reliability and performance of our fitness management SaaS platform. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines. Additionally, you will mentor a team of QA engineers, foster a quality-first mindset, and lead initiatives to improve test coverage, reduce release cycles, and enhance overall software quality. This is a hands-on leadership role where your expertise in automation will directly impact the user experience of thousands of fitness businesses worldwide.

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
• Expertise in test automation using tools like Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Proven experience designing and maintaining test automation frameworks (e.g., Page Object Model, Data-Driven).
• Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Experience with API testing (REST Assured, Postman) and load testing (JMeter, k6).
• Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and test management tools (Jira, TestRail).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team mentoring abilities.
