About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Engineer, DevOps to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of DevOps engineers, designing and implementing robust CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our cloud-native infrastructure. You will work closely with software engineering, operations, and product teams to drive automation and streamline delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and management of CI/CD workflows using industry-standard tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Architect and maintain scalable infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Automate configuration management and deployment processes using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Helm.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive measures to ensure high availability.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote DevOps best practices across the organization.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize application deployment and performance.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and implement robust access controls.
• Drive incident response and root cause analysis for production issues.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of professional experience in DevOps, site reliability engineering, or related roles
• Strong expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (Python, Bash, Go)
• Deep knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and configuration management tools (Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform)
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
