As a Logistics and Property Accountability Analyst with Booz Allen Hamilton, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the lifecycle of property, equipment, and logistics for a key U.S. defense client stationed in Wiesbaden, Germany. You will ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and compliance with federal regulations while supporting the operational readiness of mission-critical assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Property Management: Maintain and update property records in automated systems (e.g., GCSS-Army, SLAM).
• Logistics Coordination: Plan and execute the movement, storage, and disposal of equipment and supplies.
• Audit & Compliance: Conduct regular physical inventories and reconcile discrepancies to meet regulatory standards (e.g., DoD 7000.14-R).
• Reporting: Generate metrics, status reports, and recommendations for process improvements.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Interface with military units, contractors, and government officials to resolve property issues.
• Training: Provide guidance to personnel on property accountability procedures.

This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can work independently in a fast-paced international environment. You will contribute directly to the efficiency and transparency of logistics operations.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Experience: 3+ years in logistics, property management, or supply chain operations (DoD experience preferred).
• Certifications (Preferred): Certified Professional Property Specialist (CPPS), Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) training.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or military logistics systems.
• Language: English fluency required; German language skills are a plus.
• Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance (Secret level or higher).
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to work in a cross-cultural environment.
