As the Manager PMO (m/f/d) at Fresenius Kabi, you will be responsible for establishing and leading the Project Management Office (PMO) to drive strategic initiatives across the organization. You will oversee the standardization of project management processes, ensure alignment with corporate objectives, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing project delivery, resource optimization, and reporting transparency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement PMO frameworks, governance, and best practices
• Manage a portfolio of strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
• Provide coaching and mentorship to project managers and team leads
• Monitor project performance using KPIs and dashboards, reporting to senior leadership
• Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies
• Coordinate with international teams to align global initiatives
• Lead risk management and issue resolution for critical projects

• Proven experience as a PMO Manager or senior project manager in a complex, matrixed organization
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PMBOK)
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a strong plus
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
