In this role, you will bridge the gap between manufacturing operations and data analytics, ensuring our production systems are optimized through data-driven insights. You will work closely with engineering, IT, and production teams to monitor system performance, analyze manufacturing data, and implement improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, process, and analyze data from manufacturing execution systems (MES), SCADA, and IoT sensors.
• Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Python to provide real-time visibility into production metrics.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement through statistical analysis.
• Collaborate with IT to maintain and enhance data pipelines and system integrations.
• Support root cause analysis for production downtime and quality issues using data.
• Document system requirements, workflows, and data governance standards.
• Assist in the deployment and validation of new manufacturing software solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all manufacturing systems.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years in manufacturing systems, data analysis, or industrial IoT.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
  • Experience with MES, SCADA, or ERP systems (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, SAP).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and data pipeline tools (Apache NiFi, Airflow).
