Manage the end-to-end materials management process for large-scale infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective and timely acquisition of materials
• Overseeing inventory control, storage, and distribution to project sites
• Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to align material availability with project schedules
• Analyzing supply chain data to forecast demand and optimize stock levels
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards
• Leading a team of material coordinators and warehouse personnel
• Establishing and maintaining strong supplier relationships
• Monitoring market trends and negotiating contracts to achieve best value
• Implementing and improving materials management systems and processes

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in materials management, preferably in construction or infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, and logistics
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data analysis tools
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
• Certification in supply chain (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) is a plus
