MagnoTherm seeks a Measurement Physicist to drive precision thermal and magnetic measurements for next-generation thermal management solutions in Darmstadt.

As a Measurement Physicist at MagnoTherm, you will play a key role in developing and optimizing novel thermal management solutions. You will design and execute precision measurement experiments to characterize material properties and system performance. Working closely with R&D teams, you will drive innovation from concept through to validation, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of accuracy and reliability. Your insights will directly influence next-generation thermal systems for industrial and automotive applications.

• Education: Master’s or PhD in Physics, Applied Physics, or a closely related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in metrology, measurement systems, or experimental physics (industrial or academic).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in data acquisition systems, sensor integration, and signal processing. Experience with LabVIEW, Python, or MATLAB is required.
• Measurement Expertise: Knowledge of thermophysical properties measurement (thermal conductivity, heat capacity) and electromagnetic measurement techniques.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret complex datasets, design experiments, and troubleshoot measurement artifacts.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills; German is a plus.
