We are seeking an experienced MS Intune/SCCM Architect (CSA) to join our team at Concentrix, a global leader in customer experience and technology solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-scale device management solutions using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, security compliance, and optimal performance across thousands of endpoints. This is a remote contract position offering the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse team while leveraging your Spanish language skills to support clients in Spain and Latin America.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and deploy Microsoft Intune and SCCM solutions for large-scale environments
• Lead migration projects from legacy SCCM to modern Intune-based management
• Develop and enforce device compliance policies, conditional access rules, and security baselines
• Automate management tasks using PowerShell, Azure Automation, or Graph API
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders in both English and Spanish
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to device enrollment, application deployment, and patch management
• Maintain documentation and best practices for endpoint management

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in enterprise endpoint management with focus on Microsoft Intune and SCCM
• Certification: Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Manager Administrator Associate (or equivalent) – preferred
• Technical Skills:
  • Deep knowledge of Intune, SCCM, AD, Azure AD, and Group Policy
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation
  • Experience with Windows 10/11 and macOS device management
  • Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, CIS) and compliance standards
• Language: Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Work Mode: Must be able to work remotely with occasional travel to A Coruña as needed
