As an Observatory Data Analyst Fellow, you will work closely with the International Truth & Trauma Institute (ITTI) to analyze and interpret complex datasets related to truth, trauma, and global health. This role involves:
- Data Collection & Curation: Identify, gather, and clean relevant data sources from observatory databases, surveys, and partner organizations.
- Statistical Analysis: Apply advanced statistical methods to uncover trends, correlations, and insights that inform institute research and policy recommendations.
- Reporting & Visualization: Create clear, impactful dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Partner with multidisciplinary teams including clinicians, epidemiologists, and program managers to align analysis with mission goals.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of data processes, methodologies, and code for reproducibility and institutional knowledge.
- Knowledge Sharing: Present findings at team meetings and contribute to whitepapers or publications.
