As an Operations Manager at Dauch, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our manufacturing and logistics operations. Your primary responsibilities include overseeing daily production activities, optimizing processes to maximize efficiency and quality, managing a team of supervisors and line workers, and ensuring strict adherence to safety and compliance standards. You will collaborate closely with supply chain, quality assurance, and human resources to meet production targets, reduce costs, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills to navigate dynamic operational challenges and contribute to the company's growth.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in manufacturing or distribution
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and leading cross-functional teams
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
