As a Payment Operations Analyst at New Era Technology, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of our payment processing systems. You will be responsible for reconciling payment transactions, resolving discrepancies, and working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize payment workflows. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and reconcile daily payment transactions across multiple channels and platforms
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, chargebacks, and disputes
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate payment processing
• Analyze payment data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for process optimization
• Maintain and update documentation of payment procedures and troubleshooting guides
• Assist in testing and implementation of new payment systems or updates
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in payment operations, financial reconciliation, or a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience with payment gateways or ERP systems is a plus
