Full Details

We are seeking a skilled PHP Web Application Developer to join our dynamic team at Lyles Sutherland. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using PHP and related technologies, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from both internal teams and external clients.

Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable PHP code
Integration of data storage solutions (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)
Identify and fix bottlenecks and bugs
Work closely with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practises
Ensure the entire stack is designed and built for speed and scalability
Stay updated on emerging technologies and propose improvements

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony)
Understanding of object-oriented PHP programming
Proficient with MySQL or similar relational databases
Experience with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript)
Familiarity with version control (Git)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Requirements

PHP Expertise: Proven experience with PHP web frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, or similar)
