We are looking for a talented Platform / DevOps Engineer to join our team in Munich. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain our CI/CD pipelines and developer environments to enable fast, reliable software delivery. You will work closely with development teams to streamline their workflows and ensure a seamless developer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions
• Maintain and improve our Kubernetes-based infrastructure and containerization strategy
• Build and support developer environments (e.g., remote development, cloud IDEs) to maximize productivity
• Automate provisioning, configuration management, and monitoring
• Collaborate with software engineers to identify bottlenecks and optimize the development lifecycle
• Ensure high availability, security, and scalability of our platform
• Document processes and champion DevOps best practices across the organization

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE role

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Deep knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar)
• Familiarity with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Scripting skills in Python, Shell, or Go
• Understanding of monitoring and logging (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
