As a Principal Business Applications Analyst at UKG, you will lead the optimization and integration of our business application ecosystem, ensuring seamless alignment with organizational goals. You will act as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams, driving improvements in workforce management and HR technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and redesign business processes to leverage UKG's suite of applications effectively
• Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of business applications
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Manage project lifecycles including planning, testing, deployment, and post-launch support
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support for complex application issues
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practice documentation
• Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to increase efficiency

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred
• Experience: 10+ years in business applications analysis, with at least 3 years in a principal or lead role
• Technical Skills:
  • Deep expertise in UKG (Kronos) Workforce Management or similar HCM platforms
  • Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and integration tools
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional projects in a remote environment
• Certifications: PMP or CBAP are a plus
