Lead the design and implementation of scalable infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines to support our health sciences platform at USANA Health Sciences.

We are seeking a Principal DevOps Engineer to architect, build, and maintain the infrastructure that powers our global health and wellness platform. In this role, you will lead the evolution of our deployment strategies, automate operational processes, and ensure high availability and reliability of our systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering
• Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible
• Strong experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar
• Solid scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack)
• Familiarity with security best practices and compliance frameworks
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for mentoring junior engineers
