We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Product Developer to join the ALDO Group team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the product development lifecycle from concept to final production, ensuring alignment with brand identity, market trends, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design, merchandising, and sourcing teams to develop seasonal product lines
• Manage product specifications, timelines, and sample approvals
• Monitor and evaluate product performance, cost, and quality
• Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement
• Liaise with suppliers and factories to ensure timely delivery and compliance
• Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform product strategies

• 3+ years of experience in product development within the fashion, footwear, or accessories industry
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and supply chain processes
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PLM software

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, Business, or related field preferred
