We are seeking a strategic and customer-focused Product Manager to lead our Residential Comfort portfolio. In this role, you will define the product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) solutions that enhance home comfort. You will collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to drive product innovation and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies for residential HVAC components and systems, aligning with global market trends and customer needs.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify growth opportunities and define product requirements.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, including pricing, launch plans, and performance monitoring.
• Work closely with R&D and engineering teams to prioritize features and ensure timely delivery of new products.
• Partner with sales and marketing to create compelling value propositions, sales tools, and training materials.
• Track key performance indicators (e.g., revenue, margin, market share) and adjust strategy based on data insights.
• Represent the voice of the customer internally and advocate for user-centric design.
• Support regional sales teams with technical expertise and product knowledge during customer meetings.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of product management experience in HVAC, home comfort, or industrial equipment sectors
• Proven track record of launching successful products and managing cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions (e.g., SQL, Excel, BI tools)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 15%
• Knowledge of refrigerant systems, thermodynamics, or building automation is a plus
• Certifications in product management (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, Scrum Product Owner) are advantageous
