As a Product Owner at National Bank of Canada, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog for our trust and wealth management digital platforms. You will work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and UX designers to deliver high-value features that enhance the client experience and align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities for assigned products
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and customer impact
• Write clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with development teams during sprints to ensure timely delivery
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Engage with internal stakeholders and clients to gather requirements and validate solutions
• Monitor product KPIs and use data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement
• Champion Agile best practices and contribute to the overall product strategy

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in financial services
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Proven ability to write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and prioritize backlogs
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience with digital banking products or trust services is an asset
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification preferred
• Bilingual (French and English) is required
