PUMA seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead a global ERP transformation initiative. Drive the migration to a modern ERP system, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless business integration. Remote contract position based in Germany.

We are now seeking an experienced Project Manager ERP Transformation to lead a critical enterprise-wide upgrade of our ERP systems. In this role, you will orchestrate the transition from legacy platforms to a modern, integrated ERP environment, ensuring seamless alignment with global business processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across IT, finance, supply chain, and operations to define strategy, manage stakeholders, and deliver on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the ERP transformation roadmap, including system selection, design, and implementation.
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and risks using industry best practices (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth integration and data migration.
• Facilitate change management and training to drive user adoption.
• Report progress to executive leadership and ensure alignment with PUMA’s digital strategy.

• Experience: 5+ years in project management, with at least 3 years leading ERP transformation projects (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, or similar).
• Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Skills: Strong understanding of ERP modules (finance, supply chain, manufacturing), data migration, and system integration.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders at all levels.
• Communication: Fluent in English; German language skills are a strong plus.
• Methodology: Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
• Location: Willingness to work remotely from Germany, with occasional travel to Herzogenaurach.
