Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product roadmap and backlog for assigned digital products.
• Gather and analyze client needs, market trends, and competitive insights to identify opportunities.
• Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritize features based on business value and technical feasibility.
• Lead agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor product performance using KPIs and data analytics, iterating to improve outcomes.
• Act as the primary liaison between business units and technology teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards in all product decisions.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role, preferably in digital banking or financial services.
• Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of commercial banking products and digital payment ecosystems.
• Technical Acumen: Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), API integration, and cloud-based platforms.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both French and English (Montreal-based).
• Tools: Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
• Remote Readiness: Self-starter with excellent time management and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
