We are looking for an experienced RFP Executive to join our dynamic team at Royal London Group. You will be responsible for coordinating and producing compelling written responses to RFPs, due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), and other client-related documentation. Working closely with subject matter experts across the business, you will ensure that our responses are accurate, tailored, and delivered within tight deadlines. The role plays a key part in supporting our sales and retention efforts, helping the company maintain its reputation as a trusted provider of financial solutions.

• Experience: Proven experience in managing and writing RFPs, preferably within financial services, insurance, or investment management.
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with RFP management software (e.g., Qvidian, Loopio) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge: Understanding of financial products, such as pensions, investments, and insurance, is highly desirable.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
