About the Role

We are seeking a talented Robotics Engineer to join our dynamic team at Sereact. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced robotics solutions that integrate perception, planning, and control systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, test, and deploy robotic systems for real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement software for robotic systems, including perception, motion planning, and control algorithms
• Develop and integrate sensor processing pipelines (cameras, LiDAR, IMU, etc.)
• Create simulation environments and testing frameworks for validation
• Optimize robotic systems for performance, reliability, and safety
• Collaborate with hardware engineers to select and integrate sensors and actuators
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high software quality standards
• Document designs, algorithms, and system architectures

Technical Environment

You will work with cutting-edge technologies including ROS/ROS2, Python, C++, and various simulation tools. The team uses agile methodologies and continuous integration practices to deliver robust solutions.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in robotics software development
• Strong proficiency in Python and C++
• Experience with ROS/ROS2 framework
• Solid understanding of kinematics, dynamics, and control theory
• Familiarity with sensor integration (cameras, LiDAR, IMU)
• Experience with simulation tools (Gazebo, Unity, or similar)
• Knowledge of state estimation and sensor fusion techniques
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• PhD in Robotics or related field
• Experience with deep learning for robotics (computer vision, reinforcement learning)
• Familiarity with SLAM algorithms
• Experience with robotic manipulators or mobile robots
• Knowledge of real-time systems and embedded programming
• Experience with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
