Join Tonies as an S&OP IBP Analyst to drive demand-supply alignment and continuous improvement in our integrated business planning processes across Europe.

We are looking for a skilled S&OP IBP Analyst (all genders) to join our Supply Chain & Operations team. In this key role, you will own and continuously improve the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure demand and supply alignment, support monthly IBP cycles, and drive data-driven decision-making.

Your responsibilities:

• Coordinate and facilitate the monthly S&OP/IBP cycle, including demand review, supply review, and executive meetings
• Analyse historical sales data, market trends, and promotional plans to generate accurate demand forecasts
• Collaborate with regional sales teams to consolidate bottom-up forecasts and identify risks/opportunities
• Monitor inventory levels, propose safety stock parameters, and drive actions to optimize stock turns and service levels
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools to provide visibility on key KPIs (e.g., forecast accuracy, OTIF, inventory turnover)
• Support ad-hoc analysis for strategic projects (e.g., new product launches, capacity expansions)
• Identify process improvement opportunities and lead initiatives to standardize and automate planning workflows
• Act as the bridge between demand planners, supply planners, and finance to ensure a single aligned plan

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in S&OP, IBP, demand planning, or supply chain planning (preferably in a consumer goods or retail environment)
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query)
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and planning tools (e.g., Blue Yonder, o9, Kinaxis) is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive alignment in a matrix organisation
• Fluent in English; German is a strong plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
