As a Sales & Business Analyst at Movado Group, you will be responsible for analyzing sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to support strategic decision-making for our European markets. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities, monitor KPIs, and create actionable reports.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collecting and analyzing sales performance data from multiple channels (retail, e-commerce, wholesale).
• Developing dashboards and reports to track revenue, margins, and inventory turnover.
• Conducting ad-hoc analyses to support pricing, promotion, and assortment strategies.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to forecast sales and align supply chain planning.
• Presenting insights and recommendations to senior management.

This is a fully remote contract position based in Hamburg, Germany, offering the flexibility to work from home while contributing to a globally recognized luxury brand.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; German language skills are advantageous.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in luxury retail or consumer goods is preferred but not required.
