Lead the critical cutover phase of SAP implementations at Fresenius Group, ensuring seamless transition and minimal business disruption across global healthcare operations.

As the SAP Cutover Manager, you will be the driving force behind the successful execution of SAP system transitions within Fresenius Group’s global landscape. You will plan, coordinate, and oversee all cutover activities across multiple workstreams—ensuring zero disruption to critical business operations. Working closely with functional teams, technical experts, and external vendors, you will manage the sequence of go-live steps, handle risk mitigation, and lead post-cutover hypercare. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive cutover plan covering all phases (pre-cutover, cutover, post-cutover, hypercare)
• Coordinate with project managers, functional leads, and technical teams to align cutover activities
• Define and manage cutover checklists, runbooks, and communication plans
• Lead daily cutover war room meetings and escalate issues as necessary
• Manage dependencies between technical and functional tasks
• Ensure proper testing, validation, and sign-off before, during, and after cutover
• Organize and supervise the hypercare team during the immediate post-go-live period
• Track and report cutover progress to senior management and stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement of cutover processes and templates for future projects

• 7+ years of experience in SAP project management or cutover management, preferably in large-scale ERP implementations (SAP S/4HANA)
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end cutovers for complex system landscapes
• Deep knowledge of SAP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, HR) and an understanding of technical cutover activities (migrations, transports, interfaces)
• Strong project management skills – ability to create detailed plans, manage risks, and adapt to rapidly changing situations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management – ability to coordinate international teams and report to C-level executives
• Fluency in English (German is a strong plus)
• Certifications in PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL are highly desirable
• Hands-on experience with cutover tools (e.g., OCM, ServiceNow, Jira) is an advantage
