As a Seafreight Pricing Agent, you will be responsible for developing and managing competitive pricing strategies for our global sea freight operations. You will work closely with carriers, sales teams, and operations to ensure accurate and timely quotations, optimize profit margins, and support business growth. This role requires strong analytical skills, market knowledge, and the ability to negotiate effectively.

• Analyze market trends, carrier rates, and customer requirements to create competitive pricing proposals.
• Maintain and update tariff files, rate databases, and pricing tools.
• Negotiate rates and contracts with shipping lines and freight forwarders.
• Collaborate with sales teams to provide timely quotations and support customer retention.
• Monitor and report on pricing performance, cost trends, and margin analysis.
• Resolve pricing discrepancies and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Support the development of pricing strategies for new routes and services.
• Participate in tender processes and bid management.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in sea freight pricing, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of international shipping, Incoterms, and freight forwarding operations.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with TMS or ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus.
• Language: Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages (e.g., German) are advantageous.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
