As a Senior Account Manager - Telco / Carrier at SOTI, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and managing strategic relationships with key telecommunications carriers and mobile network operators. You will work closely with internal teams to develop and execute account plans, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer success. This role requires a deep understanding of the carrier ecosystem, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage complex sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with carrier partners to drive business growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and support teams to align strategies.

• 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably in the telecom or carrier industry
