As an AI Engineer Senior at knowmad mood, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of state-of-the-art artificial intelligence solutions that drive business value for our clients. You will work on cutting-edge projects involving machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI products. Your role will include architecting ML pipelines, optimizing models for production, mentoring junior engineers, and staying current with AI research to integrate the latest techniques into our solutions. You will also participate in client consultations to understand requirements and translate them into technical implementations.

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field (PhD is a plus).
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a proven track record of deploying production-grade models.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
  • Expertise in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Software Engineering: Solid understanding of software development best practices, version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and experience leading technical teams.
• Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
• Additional: Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is desirable.
