• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analysis
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation

• Strong understanding of 340B program regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry preferred
