We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our digital transformation team at Edward Jones. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance our financial services platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for complex business processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design system solutions that align with business goals
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Oversee system testing, validation, and post-implementation support
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices in business analysis

Technologies: You will work with modern enterprise tools including Salesforce, SQL, JIRA, and cloud-based platforms. Experience with financial services systems is highly valued.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and process mapping
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of financial services or brokerage industry is preferred
• CBAP or similar certification is a plus
