• Lead incident response and remediation for identity-related security events.
• Advise IT and business teams on best practices for credential lifecycle management.
• Monitor emerging threats and technologies to continuously improve authentication security posture.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for senior management on authentication security metrics.
• Mentor junior security specialists and contribute to security awareness programs.

• 5+ years of experience in cyber security, with at least 3 years focused on identity and access management or authenticator management.
• Deep knowledge of authentication protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect) and enterprise solutions like Azure AD, Okta, or Ping Identity.
• Proven experience with multi-factor authentication and certificate-based authentication.
• Strong understanding of cryptographic concepts, PKI, and secure credential storage.
• Ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator are advantageous.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
