Ebury is a leading fintech company specializing in international payments, currency exchange, and trade finance. We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Treasury team in Málaga. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets to optimize treasury operations, manage liquidity, and support strategic financial decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven insights that enhance cash flow forecasting, risk management, and financial reporting.

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will:

• Design and maintain dashboards and reports for treasury performance metrics
• Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to improve cash forecasting accuracy
• Collaborate with engineers to build and automate data pipelines from various sources
• Identify trends and anomalies in transaction data to mitigate fraud and operational risks
• Present actionable insights to senior management and stakeholders
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data governance and quality standards

This position offers the opportunity to work remotely on a contract basis while making a tangible impact on our financial operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related field; Master's preferred
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in treasury, finance, or banking
• Proficiency in SQL and Python (pandas, numpy, etc.)
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
• Strong understanding of financial concepts (liquidity, FX, cash flow)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
