Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Developer to join our team at The Baer Group. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. You will work closely with development and operations teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage automated build, test, and deployment pipelines
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize infrastructure
• Implement containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
• Manage cloud resources (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Collaborate with developers to streamline software delivery and improve system reliability
• Establish and enforce best practices for version control, logging, and monitoring
• Automate routine operational tasks using scripting languages (Python, Bash)
• Ensure security compliance and implement disaster recovery plans

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or similar role

• Expertise in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Solid understanding of networking, security, and Linux systems
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Preferred: Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and configuration management (Ansible)
