Impress is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to architect and maintain our cloud infrastructure, enabling seamless deployment of our telehealth platform used by thousands of patients across Europe.

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team at Impress, a rapidly growing health-tech company revolutionizing orthodontic care across Europe. In this role, you will own the infrastructure that powers our patient-facing platform and internal tools, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multiple microservices
• Manage and scale Kubernetes clusters on AWS (EKS) and GCP
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Ansible
• Monitor system performance and implement observability solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize containerized deployments
• Implement security best practices and compliance measures (GDPR, SOC2)
• Troubleshoot production incidents and perform root cause analysis
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to documentation

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering
• Strong proficiency with AWS and/or GCP cloud platforms
• Deep experience with Kubernetes and Docker containerization
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code with Terraform or Pulumi
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or Go)
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, or ArgoCD
• Solid understanding of networking, security, and monitoring
• Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities
• Nice to have: experience with service mesh, chaos engineering, or compliance auditing
