About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevSecOps & Platform Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of our secure, scalable infrastructure. You will bridge development, security, and operations to enable rapid, reliable, and compliant software delivery.
Responsibilities
- Architect and manage cloud-native infrastructure using Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform
- Design and enforce security policies and compliance controls (IAM, encryption, vulnerability scanning)
- Automate CI/CD pipelines with integrated security checks (SAST, DAST, dependency scanning)
- Build and maintain internal developer platforms to streamline deployment and monitoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define SLIs/SLOs and implement observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
- Conduct incident response and root cause analysis, ensuring system resilience
- Mentor junior engineers and champion DevSecOps best practices
Technologies
- Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation
- Containers & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm
- CI/CD: GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins with security scanning plugins
- Cloud Providers: AWS, Azure, or GCP (certifications a plus)
- Security Tools: SonarQube, Trivy, Checkmarx, OWASP ZAP
- Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, OpenTelemetry
