As a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer at Edenred, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable web applications that power our global digital payment and employee benefits platforms. Working within a cross-functional agile team, you will contribute to both front-end and back-end systems, ensuring high performance, security, and a seamless user experience. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions, lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and drive best practices in software engineering. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy full-stack web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and related technologies
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices
• Optimize application performance and ensure high availability
• Implement security best practices and data protection measures
• Participate in architectural decisions and system design
• Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
• Collaborate with DevOps to improve CI/CD pipelines
• Document technical designs and processes
• Stay current with emerging technologies and propose improvements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
• Extensive experience with React (Hooks, Redux, component libraries)
• Back-end development experience with Node.js (Express, NestJS, or similar frameworks)
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Proficiency with Git and version control workflows
• Experience with Docker and containerization
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
