As a Senior M&A Business Analyst at Second Foundation Tech a.s., you will play a key role in shaping the company's growth strategy through mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Development, you will lead the end-to-end transaction process from target identification to post-merger integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and identify potential acquisition targets aligned with strategic objectives.
• Perform financial due diligence, including analysis of historical financials, forecasts, and synergy opportunities.
• Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate transaction economics, returns, and risks.
• Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for senior management and board of directors.
• Coordinate with external advisors (legal, tax, accounting) and internal stakeholders.
• Support negotiation processes and assist in drafting transaction documents.
• Monitor post-close integration progress and track value realization metrics.

• Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.

  • Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills (DCF, LBO, comparable analysis).
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg, Capital IQ).
  • Experience with data analysis tools (SQL, Python) is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent in English; German is a plus.
