As Senior Manager Healthcare Networks, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic provider networks to ensure high-quality, cost-effective care delivery across Germany. You will lead a team of network managers, negotiate contracts with hospitals, clinics, and specialists, and drive innovation in network design. This role requires close collaboration with internal medical, finance, and legal teams to align network strategies with company goals. • Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Health, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience: At least 7 years of experience in healthcare network management, provider contracting, or managed care, with a proven track record of leading network development.
