As a Senior Product Manager on the Auth0 AI and Identity Products team at Okta, you will be at the heart of shaping next-generation identity solutions. You'll drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered identity features that make authentication smarter, more secure, and more user-friendly. Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver products that scale from startups to global enterprises. Key responsibilities include:

• Defining and executing the product roadmap for Auth0 AI and identity product lines.
• Conducting market research, competitive analysis, and gathering customer insights to identify opportunities.
• Writing detailed product requirements and working closely with engineering teams to deliver high-impact features.
• Monitoring product metrics and iterating based on data and user feedback.
• Acting as a subject matter expert and evangelist for the product internally and externally.

• 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS, identity, security, or AI products.
• Deep understanding of identity and access management (IAM) concepts (OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, etc.).
• Proven track record of launching and scaling AI/ML-powered features or platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights from data and user research.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and make trade-offs in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
