Lead the product strategy for Okta's Auth0 AI and Identity products, driving innovation in identity management and AI-powered authentication solutions.

As the Senior Product Manager for Auth0 AI and Identity Products, you will own the product vision and roadmap for Okta's cutting-edge identity platform, focusing on AI-driven authentication, identity verification, and intelligent security features. You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams to define and deliver products that simplify identity management for millions of users worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and evangelize the product strategy for AI and identity capabilities within the Auth0 portfolio.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify opportunities.
• Write detailed product requirements and prioritize features based on business impact and technical feasibility.
• Work closely with engineering to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
• Drive adoption and measure success through key metrics, iterating based on feedback and data.
• Partner with marketing and sales to launch products and enable customer success.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in identity, security, or AI/ML products.
• Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of identity protocols (OAuth, OIDC, SAML) and AI/ML concepts (e.g., anomaly detection, behavioral biometrics).
• Technical Acumen: Ability to discuss technical trade-offs with engineers; familiarity with REST APIs, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and modern development practices.
• Leadership: Proven track record of influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to executives and customers.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience; MBA a plus.
