Lead the product strategy and roadmap for Veeva's cloud-based Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), driving innovation in life sciences R&D.

As the Senior Product Manager for our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), you will define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Veeva's cloud-based LIMS offering. You will work closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to deliver innovative solutions that empower life sciences organizations to streamline lab operations, ensure data integrity, and accelerate time-to-market. This is a key leadership role where you will drive product-market fit, prioritize features based on customer needs and market trends, and champion a user-centric approach to product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy for Veeva LIMS
• Lead cross-functional teams to define, design, and launch new product features
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities
• Define and track key product metrics to measure success and guide iteration
• Manage the product backlog, prioritize epics and user stories, and ensure alignment with business goals
• Work closely with engineering to deliver high-quality releases on schedule
• Partner with marketing and sales to create go-to-market plans and enable customer adoption
• Present product roadmap and updates to senior leadership and stakeholders

• 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS, preferably in life sciences or LIMS
• Proven track record of launching and scaling complex software products
• Deep understanding of laboratory workflows, data management, and regulatory compliance (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11, GxP)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities; experience influencing without authority
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Biology, or Business) required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (Jira, Aha!, etc.)
• Ability to travel up to 10% for customer meetings and industry events (post-pandemic)
