As a Senior Product Manager at Pocketpills, you will own the product roadmap for our patient-facing digital pharmacy platform. You will collaborate with engineering, design, and clinical teams to define features that simplify medication management and improve health outcomes. Responsibilities include:

• Defining product vision, strategy, and quarterly OKRs
• Conducting user research and analyzing data to prioritize initiatives
• Writing detailed PRDs and managing agile development sprints
• Partnering with stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance
• Measuring product performance and iterating based on feedback
• Mentoring junior product managers

• 5+ years of product management experience in digital health, pharmacy, or a related regulated industry
• Proven track record of shipping consumer-facing B2C products
• Strong analytical skills with experience using SQL, Mixpanel, or similar tools
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership abilities
• Understanding of healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, PIPEDA) is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred
