As a Senior Project Manager IT Security, you will lead and coordinate complex security initiatives across the Fresenius Group. You will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of IT security projects, from initial risk assessment through implementation and post-project review. Your role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and security teams to ensure alignment with corporate security standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001). You will drive the adoption of security best practices, oversee incident response planning, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the group's security posture. • At least 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on information security
• Proven track record of managing large-scale security projects (e.g., SIEM implementation, IAM, network security)
• Deep understanding of security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, BSI IT-Grundschutz) and regulatory requirements (GDPR, KRITIS)
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in stakeholder management
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly desirable
• Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken)
