Lead and manage complex infrastructure projects for Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group. Oversee project lifecycle, stakeholder communication, and ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure projects from initiation through completion. You will be responsible for managing project scope, schedule, budget, and resources while ensuring alignment with client goals and company standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Lead project kickoffs, status meetings, and closeout sessions
• Manage risk identification, mitigation, and issue resolution
• Facilitate communication between clients, internal teams, and vendors
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Monitor project performance using KPIs and provide regular reporting
• Mentor junior project managers and support team development

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive project management experience, preferably in infrastructure or construction
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred
• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects ($5M+) from start to finish
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, Primavera, JIRA, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and lead remote teams effectively
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
