Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement agentic systems using LLMs, tool-use, and reasoning frameworks.
• Lead the development and release of open source libraries and tools.
• Mentor junior engineers on agent design patterns and open source best practices.
• Stay current with research in AI agents and propose innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with product teams to integrate agents into production environments.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code in Python and TypeScript.

• Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in AI/agent systems.
• Open Source: Proven track record of contributions to major open source projects (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face, TensorFlow).
• Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Agent Frameworks: Hands-on experience with LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGPT, or similar.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills; ability to document and explain complex topics.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
