Lead the strategy and execution of Coveo's AI-powered search and relevance platform, driving innovation across engineering, design, and customer teams.

As a Senior Technical Product Manager at Coveo, you will own the vision and execution for key components of our AI-powered search and personalization platform. You will work closely with engineering, design, data science, and customers to define product strategy, prioritize features, and drive measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product roadmap for your domain, aligning with company goals.
• Gather and prioritize requirements from internal stakeholders, customers, and market research.
• Write detailed product specifications and user stories for engineering teams.
• Collaborate with UX designers to create intuitive, high-performance interfaces.
• Analyze product metrics and user feedback to iterate and improve features.
• Present product updates and demos to executives and customers.
• Mentor junior product managers and contribute to product management best practices.

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Technical background – understanding of APIs, databases, search technologies, or machine learning.
• Data-driven mindset – proficiency with SQL, A/B testing, and product analytics tools.
• Excellent communication – ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Customer empathy – experience conducting user research and translating feedback into product features.
• Agile/Scrum experience working with distributed engineering teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• English fluency required; French is a plus.
