Drive customer success and revenue growth for Darktrace’s largest enterprise accounts in the DACH region, leveraging AI-powered cybersecurity solutions to minimise churn and maximise adoption.

As a Senior Technical Success Manager, you will be the trusted advisor to our largest enterprise accounts in the DACH region. You will drive customer adoption of Darktrace’s AI-powered cybersecurity platform, ensuring they achieve measurable security outcomes. Your role combines deep technical knowledge with strategic account management to reduce churn, expand usage, and uncover upsell opportunities. You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Threat Analysis teams to deliver world-class post-sales support.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard and guide enterprise customers through the implementation and tuning of Darktrace’s cyber AI
• Deliver quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with executive stakeholders, demonstrating ROI and security posture improvements
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks of customer churn, providing escalation support
• Act as the voice of the customer internally, influencing product roadmap and feature enhancements
• Conduct technical trainings and workshops to maximise platform utilisation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with CISOs, SOC managers, and IT directors
• Document best practices and contribute to internal knowledge base

• 5+ years of experience in technical account management, customer success, or solutions engineering within enterprise cybersecurity or SaaS
• Proven track record of managing and expanding multi-million euro enterprise accounts
• Deep understanding of network security, AI/ML technologies, and threat detection concepts
• Fluent German and English (C1 level or higher) – mandatory for client communication in the DACH region
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, comfortable with C-level executives
• Ability to travel occasionally to customer sites and Munich office (approx. 20%)
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are a strong plus
• University degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field preferred
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Gainsight) and data analysis
