About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Software Development Intern to join our digital solutions team. In this role, you will support the development, testing, and maintenance of software applications that enhance Lincoln Electric's welding automation and industrial IoT platforms. You will work collaboratively with senior developers, participate in code reviews, and gain exposure to modern development practices in a global manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and implementing features for internal and customer-facing applications
• Write clean, maintainable code following established coding standards
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives as part of an Agile team
• Troubleshoot and debug software issues, documenting solutions
• Contribute to technical documentation and user guides
