In this role, you will design, build, and maintain the data pipelines and infrastructure that power our AI-driven platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable data acquisition, storage, and processing, enabling innovative features and insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data pipelines for ingesting, processing, and storing large volumes of text and audio data
• Optimize data acquisition strategies to improve the diversity and quality of training data for machine learning models
• Build and maintain robust data infrastructure using modern cloud services and distributed systems
• Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to understand data requirements and deliver solutions
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline performance, ensuring high availability and low latency
• Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices for data management across the organization

• Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure (preferably GCP)
• Databases: Solid knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra)
• DevOps: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
• Languages: Fluency in English; German is a plus but not required
• Work Mode: Ability to work remotely with occasional on-site collaboration in Stuttgart
