Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer IA Agentiva (Agentic AI) to join our innovative team in Madrid. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy advanced agent-based AI systems that autonomously perceive, reason, and act in complex environments. You will work at the intersection of machine learning, software engineering, and system architecture to build intelligent agents that solve real-world problems at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement autonomous AI agents using state-of-the-art frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT, BabyAGI).
- Develop and integrate large language models (LLMs) with external tools, APIs, and databases to enable dynamic decision-making.
- Build scalable, fault-tolerant microservices and pipelines for agent orchestration and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI agent requirements and system architectures.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code (Python, TypeScript, Go) with thorough documentation.
- Optimize agent performance, latency, and cost-efficiency through prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and caching strategies.
- Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement of engineering practices.
- Stay current with emerging trends in agentic AI, reinforcement learning, and multi-agent systems.
